Amendments to the ECNL

From time to time, amendments may be made to the Electronic Conveyancing National Law (ECNL). Where appropriate, ARNECC will publish key position and/or consultation documents, along with any other relevant information, to stakeholders and participants relating to proposed amendments.

In 2021, amendments to support competition in the electronic conveyancing marketplace and implement recommendations arising from the 2019 review of the Intergovernmental Agreement for an Electronic Conveyancing National Law are proposed.
