NSW Operating Requirements Waiver OR1-2023 – Meriton Group
Subject to conditions, this partial waiver provides relief for all ELNOs in relation to their obligation to comply with NSW Operating Requirements 14.1.2(a) and 14.4(a), with respect to the Meriton Group only, to the extent that it does not meet the Insurance Rules in Schedule 6 of the NSW Participation Rules by having an excess of greater than $20,000 per claim.
