- Northern Territory – Mr Fred Arugay, Deputy Registrar General
- Queensland – Mrs Nikki Allder, Chief Executive Officer – Titles Queensland
- South Australia – Ms Gemma Wallace, Registrar-General
- Tasmania – Mr Robert Manning, Recorder of Titles
- Victoria – Ms Susheila Vijendran, Registrar of Titles & Executive Director Land (Deputy Chair)
- Western Australia – Mr Bruce Roberts, Registrar of Titles
Susan Fraser was appointed as ARNECC’s first CEO on 22 September 2025.
The terms of the Chair and Deputy Chair will be for a period of one year and will rotate through jurisdictions.
The current appointments commenced on 1 August 2025.
