Subject to conditions, this partial waiver provides relief for Property Exchange Australia Ltd in relation to its obligation to comply with Qld Operating Requirements 14.1.2(a) and 14.4(a), with respect to the Meriton Group only, to the extent that it does not meet the Insurance Rules in Schedule 6 of the Queensland Participation Rules by having an excess of greater than $20,000 per claim.
